The Script part 2

Well this was the begining of the 2nd and final leg of the tour..3 gigs in 3 days, not actually by our terms excessive but without my car challanging... trains booked and actually I am finding this a very relaxing way to travel so no complaints there. Arrived bright and breezy in Wolverhampton and headed for The Civic @ 12:30 !!! nowhere else to go at that time so there was me sitting with my case outside a very very cold venue but at leastr dry and actually not the only one there, for some reason the 6 hour wait went really quickly and once Ellisa & Kathyrn arrived it was chat chat chat all the way.. I had managed to grab a quick hi with the guys earlier on so that was great.About 20mins before the start Ellisa had problems with her ticket arriving so she and Kathyrn went off to buy another one...now I like to help people but 15mins before doors opening ... no way and you guessed it they opened the door early... its is a big thank you to the guys on the front row who let me save their places that was very kind... so apart from the stress no harm done. Really loving the first support Will and The People , from thier odd shoes to the quirky tunes great fun act,and thanks Will for the lovey picture you drew for my after the gig...a tru genious ;-) Am liking 2nd support Gary Go more every time I see him, he has a great voice and brilliant material and he is a really nice guy too......... thank you so much Gary ..........................

To The Script... well no surprises again just a great set and you can see that they still are very overwhelmed by the response they are getting on this tour.. I hope they do not loose their all round genuine niceness that would be a shame.. dont think they will though.. once again we were all asked backstage after the show... well not the whole crowd just about 20 people who waited...we hung back until last and once again they were full of that Irish Charm and seemed really pleased to see us again...I managed to somehow tell Danny off as if he was a very naughty school boy for something he had done much to everyones amusement .. it could only happen with me..but hugs allround and it was off out into the cold night... the guys did pass us on the road and it was a pip and a wave from the window... hope they do not realise it was me who wrote across the back of their van... "where the fooks our tickets for friday Danny " lol.
So its a relaxing morning today , no q for us just a leisurely rack up at around 6pm and veiw the proceedings from somewhere other than the front row... even that sentence is hard fro me to say but with Kathyrn working we took the view that this was a bonus gig so no stress... and the boys from Will & The People have invited us to a party after which is a bit of a worry as when I had my photo taken with Will last night I believe I was actually holding him up or he would have been in a heap on the floor... I think this boy likes to party !!!
